## Description

In accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c), this posting provides notification of the Missile Defense Agency's intent to consolidate requirements under the Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The findings, made pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 657q, as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 7.107-2 are provided in the attached D&F.
