The proposed action is a follow-on requirement to avoid loss in continuity and efficiency with direct patient care services. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Vision Quest Solutions, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to SrA Rony Exantus, Contract Specialist, at rony.exantus@us.af.mil by 10:00 AM MT on Monday, March 25, 2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
