The requirement will be a sole source contract because AV3 Inc. created the original design of infrastructure of the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR) Classified Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) within the 17 Training Squadron. These plans are a continuation of the systems that were previously put in place by AV3 Inc. and the same design and infrastructure is needed to maintain consistency throughout the squadron. System design has been created and planned by AV3 to ensure seamless integration with the existing AV3 equipment already instated throughout the workplace.
