This will support NRC inspectors in proficiently completing required inspection procedures and in determining the safety and adequacy of nuclear power plants and other applicable NRC licensees. Based on the NRC’s recent market research, WMG is the only known way to acquire this technical assistance and is most effective to noncompetitively award to: WMG 16 Bank Street Peekskill, NY 10566 The authority permitting this action is FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source, because the estimated value of this acquisition does not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold and there is only one source that has been identified that can assist the NRC to conduct the RADMAN training.
