This notice is for an upcoming requirement for a Battery Purchase, Supply Contract at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466. The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tobyhanna Division, Tobyhanna, PA 18466, intends to award a firm-fixed-price, single award contract. This requirement is to provide Batteries, Chargers and Monitoring Devices for Tow Tractor. See Draft Specifications Attachment for details of what is required. In order to be eligible for award, the prospective offeror must have a current and active registration in SAM.gov and not show any Active Exclusions and not have any Debt Subject to Offset. The offeror must be found responsible in accordance with FAR 9.1 – Responsibility of Prospective Contractor.
