## Description

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties, that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the large business manufacturer, Hamilton Medical, Inc located at 4655 Aircenter Cir Reno, NV 89502-5948.

0001 HAMILTON-T1 Annual Preventative Maintenance 14 EA 0002 HAMILTON-C1/T1/MR1 Li-Ion Battery- Rechargeable 28 EA The Hamilton-T1 (also known as the “Intelligent transport ventilator”) is a portable ventilator that adapts to specific situations and exceed the AARC Guidelines for acquisition of ventilators to meet demands for pandemic flu and mass casualty incidents.

The ventilation mode ASV continuously adjusts the respiratory rate, tidal volume, and inspiratory time breath by breath depending on the patient’s lung mechanics and effort. The integrated pneumatic nebulizer is fully synchronized with the timing of inspiration and expiration. One-time Preventive Maintenance on Hamilton-T1 Ventilators and 28 Hamilton-C1/T1/MR1 Li Ion Battery-Rechargeable (two per ventilator), at the OKC VAHCS.

The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811210 and the Business Size Standard is $34Million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 3:00 PM Mountain Time, Wednesday, January 24, 2024. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government’s need as stated above.
