**5 August 2024 Time:**

**9am- 3pm Location:** Embassy Suites, 741 N. Phillips Avenue, OKC, OK 73104, (with Virtual attendance Option) Agenda will be posted July 9th, 2024 Presentation, initial PWS, GFP Lists, Workscopes, and other pertinent information will be posted NLT 23 July 2024. We will be holding one-on-one sessions after the morning presentation. The sign up for 20 minute one-on-one sessions will be posted NLT 23 July 2024. The sign up link will be posted on the same day as the presentation documents are uploaded.

The Contracting Officer would like bidders to have an opportunity to review the documents prior to deciding if they would like a one-on-one session.
