This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. DePuy Synthes Sales incorporated is the sole source capable of providing the required Intercommunication Station units. This software purchase is to support the robotic-assisted orthopedic system currently used throughout the Operating/Surgical Orthopedic System at ATAMMC and surrounding regional clinics.
