## Description

The Library of the Marine Corps (LoMC) requires an Annual Copyright License Agreement for Higher Education. This service will provide collective licensing services of copyrighted materials for 2,432 academic users. This service will be used to grant Marine Corps University (MCU) non-exclusive rights for its students, faculty, and staff to use copyrighted materials for curriculum development and delivery in an academic environment. Uses will include reading assignments, course packs, resident and remote classroom instruction, and within AI systems.
