## Description

Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC (hereinafter called “LLNS”) is seeking sources for capable suppliers experienced in drafting and design services capable of providing periodic support, for any, or all of the Software applications listed below.

Creo Parametric – Version 8.0.5.0 SolidWorks – Version 2022 AutoCAD – Version 2021 Creo Schematics – Version 7.0 PADS Logic – Version 2.12 PADS Layout – Version 2.12 PADS Designer – Version 2.12 Interested parties should understand there is an ebb and flow to the work and LLNS cannot guarantee a consistent flow or any level of effort. Also, certain drawings are subject to stringent export control requirements. As such, suppliers should take these facts into consideration when expressing interest.

If invited to participate in the solicitation, a comprehensive technical proposal will be required for the following areas. Hardware and Software Resources Staffing Plan Quality Assurance Program Past Performance Export Control/ITAR Registration status In addition, LLNS will require each participant to propose fixed annual labor rates for the term of the effort.

The drafting/design services include, but are not limited to, CAD Drawing and/or CAD Model creations based upon provided CAD models, sketches, or written description, making corrections of CAD models and drawings checking drawings, documented analyses of tolerance stack, stress and first harmonic frequency, and high-speed design analysis and verifications. Services are to be provided at supplier’s facility connected via LLNS CAD database and Product Lifecycle Management tool using a secure VPN connection.

To secure the services on an as-needed basis, LLNS intends to issue a Labor-Hour Master Task Agreement (MTA) solicitation for a period of five (5) years. The MTA will include all terms and conditions and fixed annual labor rates. Under the MTA, LLNS will issue individual subcontracts known as Task Orders for the severable design tasks. Responses to this Sources Sought should include, at a minimum, the following:

Software – Identification of the software application(s) it could support using the versions listed above Hardware – Indicate whether the necessary hardware is in-house or would need to be procured Indicate status of ITAR Registration or if willing to obtain ITAR Registration Interested suppliers should contact Megan Santos at santos38@llnl.gov.
