## Description

**Intent to Sole Source Notice Subject:** Ramp and Hanger Rental at Clark Air Base, Philippines Description: The USAF intends to award a sole source contract for the rental of ramp and hanger space at Clark Air Base (AB) in the Philippines. This contract is necessary to support exercise operations and ensure the availability of essential facilities for USAF Aircraft.

This sole source procurement is justified under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" [1]. The required ramp and hanger space is available exclusively from STRA8, who possesses the unique capabilities and facilities necessary to meet the specific needs of the USAF.

**Requirements:** The contractor must have all appropriate credentials, licenses, and authorizations to do business with the Airport Authorities at Clark AB. This includes, but is not limited to:

Valid business licenses and permits to operate within the jurisdiction of Clark AB. Authorization from the Airport Authorities to provide ramp and hanger rental services. Compliance with all local, national, and international regulations governing airport operations and facility rentals.

**Period of Performance:** The anticipated period of performance for this contract is for 2 months, with options for extension based on operational requirements and mutual agreement.
