The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Inc., 100 S 5th St, STE 700, Minneapolis, MN 55402, CAGE 6CXK8 for Teammate+ Audit Management Software. DCSA requires a comprehensive audit management system to adequately plan, track, conduct, and uphold quality standards for internal audits and inspections, as mandated by Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) and the Council of the Inspector General of Integrity and Efficiencies (CIGIE). Furthermore, the DCSA Director requires the OIG AI&E Branch to track and report on external audits and ensure timely implementation of recommendations made to DCSA programs. This system must include the following features ‘one-stop-shop’ solution, facilitate efficient workflow management, enable collaborative workspace, robust automated data management, detailed reporting capabilities, must integrate with existing Microsoft Office Tools, follow-up and corrective action tracking, review and approval features, customizable templates, audit trail tracker, CAC/PIV Authentication capability, Capability to comment within workpapers, Role-based access control, Proven ability to gain a DCSA Certificate of Networthiness and Impact Privacy Level (IPL) Requirement, FedRAMP Authorization for Cloud Services, SAAS that can be deployed within 90 days of contract award, and compliance with federal security standards, specifically FedRAMP.
