**PRON:** AX4F2351AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a Firm Fixed Price contract a quantity of 36 each of a COOLER UNIT,AIR;

**NSN:** 4130-01-597-1317;

**Part Number:** 70A143-2 applicable to the UH-60 BLACKHAWK. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 36 each, 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 36 each, 360 DACA with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. This item is restricted to the following:

**78286 PIONEER SPARES, CAGE CODE:** 66200 ENVIRO SYSTEMS, INC. 0B9E8 The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
