**Update, 3/9/26:** The FAA is attaching a third Questions and Answers file (file: "ChBA Phase 1_QA_Part3_2026-03-09"). No changes were made to the Announcement or any other attachments. The due date for Phase 1 responses has not been extended and remains March 13, 2026 by 5PM (ET).

**Update, 3/4/26:** The FAA is attaching a second Questions and Answers file (file: "ChBA Phase 1_QA_Part2_2026-03-04") along with an updated Phase 1 Announcement (file: "ChBA Phase 1_Announcement_Update_2026-03-04") which replaces the prior version. Additionally, the FAA is providing a revised Attachment 2 (file: "ChBA Phase 1_Attachment 2 - Self-Score Worksheet_Update_2026-03-04") which replaces the prior version. The due date for Phase 1 responses has not been extended and remains March 13, 2026 by 5PM (ET).

**Initial Announcement, 2/17/26:** The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing a Challenge Based Acquisition (ChBA) for the Accelerated Transformation of Legacy Applications and Systems (ATLAS).
