Any questions submitted from this point onward are not guaranteed to be answered. Send all emails and solution submissions to ACC contracting POCs, Whitney Jackson and Dennis Beauclair, Jr.

(DJ), listed in this posting. When you submit your phase 1 solution, you will receive a reply email acknowledging receipt. 5 August 2026 - Call for Solutions (CfS) The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Division D, on behalf of the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) is seeking innovative solutions for Expeditionary Secure Cross-Domain Modernization.
