Pre-Solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of the Army, Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is publishing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source for the procurement of brand-name Dytran Instruments, Inc. accelerometers and associated hardware.
