The USDA ARS Southern Regional Research Center (SRRC) intends to issue a commercial solicitation for the procurement of one (1) Benchtop Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectrometer.
\n\nThe requirement is for a complete system capable of measuring spin-active nuclei of chemical compounds to determine structure, identity, concentration, and behavior in solution. Typical protocols include 1D NMR with pulse-field gradient (PFG) and 2D NMR.
\n\nMinimum Technical Requirements:
\n- Nuclei Capabilities: Support 1H, 13C, and 13C {1H} acquisitions in 1D; 2D correlation spectroscopy (COSY, HSQC, HMBC, HETCOR, DEPT, etc.); DOSY and PFG sequences. Ability to perform other decoupled nuclei analysis (e.g., 19F, 31P, 2H, 7Li, 11B, 15N, 23Na) via a freely tunable broadband NMR probe over the range of active NMR nuclei.
