**24 March 2026 Update:** This update replaces the original cost proposal spreadsheet (Appendix F) with one that incorporates the ISO's multi-party teaming terminology.

All questions submitted to the ISO will be compiled and addressed. All answers will be posted to the BIOGAMI Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page. The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is posting this Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) in support of the BIOmolecular Grammar for protein Aggregation Modulation and Intervention (BIOGAMI) Program. ARPA-H anticipates that multiple Other Transaction (OT) Agreements will result from this announcement. Interested parties are invited to review the attached BIOGAMI_ISO_ARPA-H-SOL-26-149 and its Appendices A - J. Additionally, proposers are encouraged to review the separate Special Notice, ARPA-H-SN-26-147, for information regarding the BIOGAMI Proposers’ Day.
