**10 April 2025:** The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate updates to Appendix C to ensure compliance with the Executive Orders, see file titled "APPENDIX C FULL PROPOSAL FORMAT AND INSTRUCTIONS ver 2 4.10.2025" 31 March 2025: The purpose of this amendment is to provide an updated Cost Proposal Spreadsheet for Other Transaction, see document titled "ARPA-H COST PROPOSAL SPREADSHEET (Other Transaction)

**03.31.2025" 26 March 2025:** The purpose of this amendment is to provide an updated Cost Proposal Spreadsheet for Other Transactions 25 March 2025: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate changes to the ISO, see document titled "ARPA-H-SOL-25-115 OCULAB ISO Amend 03 3.25.25". The following sections are updated: Sections, 1.2.1.1, 1.2.1.2, Figure 3, 1.3.1 Table 1, 1.3.2 Table 2, 1.4.3, and 4.2.3.4; and incorporates updates to ensure compliance with the Executive Orders.
