**11 June 2024:** The LIGHT ISO posting is updated to include Amendment 2. The Amendment includes a number of changes, including the addition of Cooperative Agreements as allowable award instruments.

**4 June 2024:** The LIGHT ISO is amended to extend the due date for Solution Summaries and to make minor changes related to the Solution Summaries (i.e., ROM information) and clarify Q&A is posted to the ARPA-H website as well as SAM.gov. This posting is also updated to include additional Q&A.

**13 May 2024:** The LIGHT posting is updated to include Questions and Answers (Q&A) as well as a revised Special Notice (ARPA-H-SN-24-105 Amend 2). Due to an overwhelming number of requests to participate in Lightning Talks, a second day has been added to support virtual Lighting Talks (May 23rd). **30 April 2024:** The LIGHT posting is updated to include the ISO (solicitation) as well as a revised Special Notice (ARPA-H-SN-24-105) to reflect a revised date for Proposers' Day (21 MAY).

**18 April 2024:** This notice is updated to add the DRAFT ISO. No other changes have been made. The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) intends to post Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) ARPA-H-SOL-24-102 for the Lymphatic Imaging, Genomic, and pHenotyping Technologies (LIGHT) Program on or before 30 April 2024. This pre-solicitation notice is intended to notify potential proposers of the anticipated ISO as well as facilitate advance planning for LIGHT Proposers’ Day.

The event will allow for both in-person and virtual participation and is intended to facilitate teaming and foster a greater understanding of the LIGHT Program and ISO requirements for solution submissions. The closing date for Proposers’ Day registration is 7 May 2024. After reviewing the attached Proposers’ Day Special Notice (APRA-H-SN-24-105), interested parties are encouraged to register at the link below.
