Possible tasks orders may be for air handling and load modifications (issued as phases, i.e., Phase 1, Phase 2, etc. would each be a separate task order); recording studio ventilation; and building heating replacement. Task Orders may be concurrent or consecutive.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Notice to Offerors</strong></p>\n\n<p>All offerors submitting a proposal in response to the solicitation must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of the contract. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award. FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, will be incorporated into the solicitation. For information or assistance with registering in the SAM database, log on the Internet website at https://sam.gov/.</p>\n\n<p>Offerors are advised that the AOC is a legislative branch entity and as such is NOT subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). However, this procurement will be solicited using a Request for Proposal (RFP) as outlined in FAR Part 15, which will result in the Best Value to the Government. Instructions to offerors and the Government&rsquo;s evaluation process will be further detailed in the forthcoming solicitation.
