The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is issuing a Sources Sought Announcement to evaluate the Agency’s current management capacity and governance structure to support a long-term, multi-billion-dollar Capital Construction Program. This announcement is to determine the interest, availability, and capability of firms to perform the work described below. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541611. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about August/September 2026. PROJECT ACTIVITIES The project activities include but are not limited to – Assessment - •Review organizational structure and reporting relationships. • Assess leadership roles related to capital planning, finance, facilities, procurement, and project management. • Evaluate decision-making processes for capital projects. • Identify existing program management capabilities. • Assess internal coordination between departments (finance, facilities, legal, procurement, planning).
