## Description

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to perform the dismantling, palletizing and transport of the DXX Tower No.1 steel framed tower. The desired result of these services is to clear spaces to allow PHNSY & IMF to use these spaces more effectively. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside.

The tentative Performance Period is 01 July 2025 – 05 January 2026. The location of performance is Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawai'i. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 23910 – Site Preparation Contractors. The Product Service Code (PSC) applicable to this requirement is P500: Salvage – Demolition of Structures/Facilities (other than buildings).

Submission instructions will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation and written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure. All dates and information included in this announcement are subject to change. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 30 April 2025.
