Request for Information (RFI)

**Number:** USAID_Ukraine_STRONG-RFI092024, Private Sector Development- STRONG UA Amendment Number: One (1) Date: October 3. 2024 The purpose of this Amendment to the RFI is:

1. To CLARIFY that the expected total estimated cost (TEC) for this Activity would range between $120M to $140M, of which the grants under contracts (GUC) element would be about 60% to 70% of the TEC. Subcontracts are not expected to be a major component of this activity, only grants and FAAs; and, 2. To REVISE and REPLACE the Note in Part II: Specific Questions for Feedback, as follows:

**(Note:** The responses to all three questions below are limited to two pages (single spaced, 12 point font, 1 inch margins). An additional cover-page is permitted but not required. We look forward to concise and clear responses, with minimal unnecessary detail.) Except for the above clarifications / changes, the other terms and parts of the RFI remain unchanged.
