Read box 28 and sign page 1 boxes 30 a, b, and c. Provide your CAGE CODE or DUNS number. Provide your company if it is SMALL or LARGE. Please quote prices as FOB Destination Bremerton, WA. Provide the LEAD TIME. Provide the Name and Country of MANUFACTURE. Provide the part #. Provide the manufacture’s specification sheets of the quoted item. The copied and pasted one is not accepted.
