The Contractor is currently performing services, under contract number, 2023-23032700001, a Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort (FFP-LOE) contract with services concluding on June 30, 2026. The anticipated period of performance for the bridge action is for twelve months, from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The contract will be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to a contract already being performed, provided that all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. The contractor shall provide non-personal services for university support staff to the National Defense University (NDU) National Intelligence College (NIC). The contactor shall provide specialized services of all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Mission Integration Support Services. The contractor shall be directly responsible for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of assigned work. The contractor shall provide the highest quality service to support the volume of work. The work requires skill in a number of common commercial software applications to perform the tasks.
