The anticipated award will be made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Servicers and 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(c) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
