## Description

Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is awarded a fully funded order, N00019-24-F-0663 under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-23-G-0002, in the amount of $57,860,340 for the Active Inceptor System (AIS) for the H-53K Aircraft.

Sikorsky is the only known responsible source possessing the requisite knowledge, technical expertise, special skills, technical data, facilities and experience to complete the development, integration and production of the CH-53K to meet United States Marine Corps (USMC) requirements within the required time frame. Therefore, the award was issued as a sole source Cost Plus Fixed Fee Contract to Sikorsky who has been the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the CH-53K weapon system and it's components.
