This purchase is for three new GNSS survey grade systems along with required appurtenances for USDA-NRCS field offices across the State of Wyoming. No other authorized contractors are available to provide the equipment and services needed. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received by 12:00pm ET, July 1, 2026, and shall include documentation on the ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements.
