## Description

AF TENCAP seeks to establish a Consortium Other Transaction (OT) Agreement (OTA) in accordance with 10 USC 4022 with an existing Consortium Manager to leverage a consortium of performers to develop prototypes that exploit national capabilities to enhance the warfighters’ lethality, survivability, and combat effectiveness. AF TENCAP is a Congressionally mandated, Air Force level, non?traditional rapid acquisition organization supporting tactical and operational warfighters.
