## Description

AMENDMENT I The purpose of this amendment is to addres vendor questions, and extend the RFP due date to 10:00 a.m. Wednesday 06/05/2024. The Question timeframe has ended. The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) is seeking establishment of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract for Laundry Maintenance Services as described in the following solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP): RFP-AFRW-RS-24-0012.

The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract award. The Contract will include one (1) twelve-month Base Period, with four (4) twelve-month Option Periods, with a Period of Performance (PoP) of 06/24/2024 - 06/23/2029. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the required tasks for this solicitation. This document outlines the required documents for submission as well as outlines the evaluation process. This is a 100% small business set aside requirement utilizing NAlCS code 811412 Appliance Repair & Maintenance.
