Request for Lease Proposal (AFCEC-25-R-0001) illustrates and describes the available parcel, requirements and the source selection methodology for this proposed Enhanced Use Lease (EUL), which supports the Government’s notional requirement to optimize the value of this under-utilized property in accordance with Executive Order 13327, Federal Real Property Asset Management and Air Force EUL authorities and processes. A EUL is a non-Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) real estate transaction executed in accordance with 10 USC 2667. This is not a FAR solicitation for products and/or services.
