## Description

The Department of the Air Force, through the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, requests an expression of interest from prospective entities (developers, contractors, teams, consortiums, joint venture etc.) capable of developing, financing, designing, engineering, permitting, planning, constructing, installing, owning, maintaining, and operating a commercial real estate development project at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Warner Robins, Georgia.

The Air Force is authorized by statute to lease real and personal property that is not currently needed for public use but is not considered “excess” property available for sale or other permanent disposal. The Air Force refers to these leases as “Enhanced Use Leases” (EULs).
