## Description

The contractor shall provide a Computer Aided Facilities Management Software (CAFM) that includes an annual FM Systems Software perpetual license and usage fees along with the support and maintenance for the FM: Interact Workplace Management Suite and Employee Reservation Interface. It also includes Professional Technical Support from FM Systems assist MS/HMD with using the software system which may include training, support to advance productivity, and customization of the software programs to better serve USAID.
