Intrado is already contracted with Kent County, Delaware through the Department of Homeland security (DHS) for ten (10) years. Intrado remains as the only available vendor to provide same services they provide for DHS. The anticipated award date is on or around 14 March, 2025. The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 10 United States Code (USC) 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106- 1(b). This authority is supported by an approved Single Source Justification. It is the Government’s intent to proceed with this single-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 517121. The size standard defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 1,500 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
