## Description

The purpose of this amendment (attached) is to cancel Solicitation Number W9128F24R0034 due to the Government's removal of the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) mandate, as outlined in Class Deviation 2025-O0002 dated February 7, 2025. Consequently, the Government will not be issuing an award under this Solicitation Number. Instead, the Government plans to readvertise this acquisition in the near future under Solicitation Number W9128F25RA015.
