## Description

The 673d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Alaska is searching for vendors capable of providing an Air Deployable Cargo Handling (Hi-Line) Dock system to offload T2 pallets from C-130 and C-17 Cargo Aircraft in austere environments. The product must be small enough to take up a single cargo pallet (463L pallet, 176" x 216") space with all tools and equipment required and must be able to handle fully loaded T2 missile pallets with up to 10K lbs. of cargo per pallet when assembled.

Product must not require lifting equipment to assemble or require specialty tools. Product must be air droppable and cargo nettable. Product must be able to be assembled by a single air crew comprising of 2 personnel.

**Technical Requirements:** Primarily aluminum construction Includes 5 Air Cargo Handling Dock (ACHD) Tables with a total of 10 walkways, 4 pallet stops, and 10 handrails that can be packed down and secured onto a 463L pallet. Assembled/disassembled in 15 minutes without the use of tools and minimal training. Minimal components that require lubrication. Commonality of parts across the system. Ability to mix and match sub-assemblies where required. Capable of being used as a single width or double width system.

Ability to be used in unlimited length/width when combined with other ACHD Tables. Adjustable feet provide levelling capability (37.5”-43.3”). Must be comprised of enhanced corrosion resistant parts (aluminum or grade 304 stainless steel). Marine specification paint system. Raised roller pitch height to enable fork tine access. Lockable roller trays. Anti-slip surface under removeable roller trays. Includes mounting plates for “Method B” system.
