This is a special notice that Option year 1 of the parking space contract with Colonial Parking, Inc (70FA5025P00000018) will be exercised with a one-year period of performance. Quick retrieval of the vehicle at the FEMA HQ is mission essential to a successful operation. Colonial Parking is the vendor who provides the parking in the closest proximity to the FEMA HQ Building and the sole provider of parking below the FEMA HQ building.
