AFFF removal and disposal will include collection of required field samples and laboratory analysis, extraction of AFFF from fixed systems and mobile equipment, replenishment of fire protection systems with MILSPEC compliant fluorine free concentrate, cleaning/rinsing of AFFF equipment and systems, and proper disposal of AFFF concentrates and rinsates. This contract will primarily encompass the NAVFAC SE Western Geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR). This contract will primarily encompass the geographic area of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas and serve as a backup for services in other portions of the NAVFAC SE AOR.
