## Description

The Government intends utilizing the Alternative Competition Method in accordance with the Patent and Trademark Office Acquisition Guidelines (PTAG) 6.1.1 and the Patent and Trademark Office Efficiency Act 35 U.S.C. 2(b)(4)(A). Please refer to the attached Sources Sought Notice and associated documents for more information.

**Amendment 0001:** The purpose of this amendment is to post the Questions and Answers (Exhibit 02) and extend the Sources Sought Notice submission deadline to October 6, 2025 at 5:00PM Eastern Time. In addition, the draft Statement of Work has been updated and attached to this notice (Exhibit 01).
