As a result, per PTAG 6.1.1 (d) the USPTO intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed price contract with Bartell Hotels to provide the required venue space for lodging, meeting space and audio/visual This requirement utilizes NAICS code 721110 and has a period of performance of May 14, 2025 through May 18, 2025.
