## Description

Amendment 0001 - *Offerors must provide acknowledgment of this amendement with their offer.* This amendment is to address questions received in response to the Solicitation posted on April 7, 2025. The following documents are provided: - List of all questions received and Government responses - Revised Solicitation with changes highlighted in yellow - Revised Pricing Matrix, Attachment 8 Note: The proposal due date has not been extended and remains April 16, 2025, 6:00 PM EDT.

**Original Posting:** The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is issuing this solicitation to acquire Training Support Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This procurement will be conducted under FAR Part 12 and Part 15 and award made on a competitive best value basis, using a trade-off among price and non-price factors. A draft solicitation notice was posted on March 21, 2025. Changes HAVE BEEN MADE to the details of the project since the posting of the draft solicitation. Changes noted, but are not limited to, include:
