## Description

The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), Approval and Certification Center (A&CC), has a need for elevator inspection and maintenance services in accordance with this Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ will result in a firm-fixed price contract. The period of performance will be for one 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods.

The Service Contract Labor Standards applies to this RFQ and the current Service Contract Wage Determination for Ohio County, Triadelphia, West Virginia is attached and incorporated as part of this order.
