## Description

The proposed project consists of the following:

The contractor will provide preventative maintenance services with 24/7 emergency repair, battery replacements, AC/DC capacitor replacements, and other services for the UPS systems and associated equipment located within nine (9) buildings at the location in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). This requirement is assigned a NAICS code of 561210 Facility Support Services with the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard of $47.0 million for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Gaithersburg, Maryland.
