## Description

Amendment 1 - 9/12/24 Adding Questions and Answer Document. All Solicitations are still due by 9/22/24, 11:00 AM CST.

Amendment 2 - 9/16/24 Quote due date has been extended to 23 Sept. 2024 at 11:00 AM CST.

Amendment 3 - 9/18/24 The following Attachments have been added to the Solicitation: -Atrium Pictures (Floor, Walls, Ceiling, Chairs) and Speaker Locations -Auditorium Pictures (Central Conference Space, Walls, Floors) -Auditorium Drawings -AV System Upgrade Design and Specifications -FL-640P Floorbox Design and Specifications The quote due date still remains the same (23 Sept. 2024 at 11:00 AM CST).

Conduct an acoustic study of the Atrium and Auditorium of B1000, Offutt AFB NE and provide a final documented report of the study’s findings to the government. The study will be used to determine the affect of replacing the current carpet with terrazzo flooring. The study should include mitigation proposals for reducing noise in the spaces if the carpet is replaced by terrazzo. Project includes, but not limited to the following work elements.

The contractor shall conduct a study of the atrium and auditorium with two different flooring types: existing carpet and proposed terrazzo flooring. The study should include mitigation techniques that can be used in the auditorium when using the existing audio system. The Atrium study should include mitigation techniques that can be used with the proposed audio upgrade design. The Government will provide both the current drawings of the atrium and auditorium as well as the proposed atrium audio upgrade design.
