## Description

This is a Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract and is not a competitive request for proposals. This requirement is for research and development support to assist with a study using PNF to reduce dependency on alcohol among Service Members. This study requires 125 participants per year over a three-year period of performance. The study is conducted via Qualtrics on-line survey management to store and manage anonymous participant data.

The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to award on a sole source basis with the University of Houston. They have been identified as the only responsible source available to provide the Alcohol Intervention support services in support of the United States Army Medical Research Division - West (USAMRD-West), Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR).
