The Army Test Center (ATC) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a reliable supply of various compressed, specialty, and custom-blended gases required for mission-critical testing activities. The purpose of this RFI is to identify suppliers who can meet the technical requirements detailed herein and who are in full compliance with all U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations, including FAR 52.204-25, \"Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment.\" The ATC requires a consistent and reliable supply of gases for ongoing testing and evaluation programs supporting Army modernization and readiness.
