The acquisition will utilize single source procedures as Technical Laboratory Systems, Inc. is the only known source capable of meeting the FAA’s specific needs and requirements for a chiller. In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System, AMS 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform the industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source when it is determined to be in the best interest of the FAA. This announcement is for informational purposes only and not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. This requirement will be awarded to Technical Laboratory Systems, Inc.and is not available for full and open competition.
