## Description

**Amendment 2:** The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes to Section B.3 Price/Cost Schedule of Solicitation 125319: a) “In the table below, the applying organization should estimate their expenses/costs for completing the described work” has been changed to “In the table below, the applying organization should list their prices for completing the described work.” b) “Estimated Materials or Direct Costs” has been deleted from the header of the table. c) “Estimated Amount” has been changed to “Amount.” Questions 38-40 have been added to the attached FAQ.

The Library of Congress (Library) requires contract support to generate and acquire collections of personal narratives documenting first-person experiences with the COVID-19 pandemic among Americans and frontline workers in the United States.

These workers include (but are not limited to) first responders and other health care workers; public service providers; hospitality service workers; and others whose work responsibilities involved in-person interaction with members of the public during the height of the pandemic. The collections will reflect a diverse range of American experiences in terms of geographic location, occupations, and demographics. This is a public competition. Please see attached documentation for further information.
