**Dear Prospective Offeror:** The University of California, on behalf of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL), would like to invite you to participate in Request for Quote (RFQ) No. AA-2026-05 for Flexible Cables that will be utilized in the ALS-U.

RFQ AA-2026-05 and will manufacture per SOW.
